I found White Mountain Peak on a map sometime in late 2014. It was at the end of my first semester as a senior in high school. White Mountain City was founded in the early 1860's and a district formed in a deep bowl far from any form of civilization. White Mountain Road is a very scenic mountainous road located in the White Mountains in Inyo County in the east central portion of the U.S. state of California.
