Most other road crossings have some kind of priority system implemented. Most modern-day roundabouts give priority to the vehicle which is already on the roundabout. The Yellow diamond with a white border sign indicates that the priorité à droite does not apply to the road ahead. Worse still, there seems to be little consistency country-wide over just how much weight the priority has at such intersections. Cars entering roadways from the right have the priority in France, even if you are moving in your vehicle and they are not and you are on a larger road.
