I find it pretty good but you need to be careful with the loads: it's quite "static'y" and it's quite sensitive to load. My load workup for 17 Hornet. I try to keep pressures down and they work great.

As you read on UKV, even a serious high pressure load with a double based powder can't get anywhere near that sort of performance out of the little Hornet.
